Infant Massage

Lesley is trained in infant massage techniques. Babies love massage, and the best people to provide that for them are their parents. Lesley will work with you to create a short bedtime/quiet time routine that you can do with your baby or small child. This can help in putting them down for naps, reducing gas pain, and helping you form a stronger bond with them. The opportunity to bond with the baby can be especially beneficial for a second parent (father, non-bio mom, grandparent or other involved adult).

30 minute workshop.

Prenatal Massage Workshop

This workshop helps pregnant women and their partners learn massage techniques that can help reduce pain and discomfort during this time.  Lesley will also make sure to teach you which areas of the body and which techniques should be avoided during pregnancy.  In addition to helping relieve some of the discomfort of pregnancy, you will also learn how to help relieve some of the pain of labour.  Come learn a safe and effective way to support your partner through her pregnancy and delivery.

90 minute workshop.  

Massage Workshops for Couples or Groups

Lesley offers massage workshops for couples or groups (up to 4). She will teach you each how to perform a full body relaxation massage on a partner. You will learn basic massage techniques and feel more confident taking care of your loved ones. She can also modify the workshop to focus mainly on one area of the body, such as feet, hand or face.
